Amenities are physical features or services that go beyond basic needs to enhance the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of a space. In addition to providing an enhanced quality of life, they also foster community interaction and support mental wellness. Considered extras that make life more pleasant, amenities also improve values of property for citizens.
Regional Master Trail Plan
Align Southern Indiana received two major grants from the Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) and Duke Energy to produce the Regional Trails Master Plan. To guide future trail development in the Align counties, this comprehensive plan outlines priorities and projects for each of the five Align counties. By maximizing interconnecting trails, the plan further identifies opportunities for tourism and economic growth.
